ABOUT US
Chef Pam began her culinary career in high school when the pastry chef quit at the restaurant where she worked after school. She volunteered to make the desserts, including her famous cheesecake. After finishing her undergraduate degree at DU, she worked as a technical writer and product manager for a local software development company. Thirteen years later, she decided to go in a different direction, starting a small business doing something she loved, cooking. She has had many culinary adventures since beginning this journey in 2005, including working as a personal chef, starting a meal delivery business, and owning a small Park Hill bistro. Now she is focusing solely on the catering industry. She says, "I love the freedom and creativity involved in designing food for special events. There's never a dull moment, and I am able to constantly revise and improve my culinary creations."
